We have developed our flock of pedigree Lleyn sheep from 30 ewes bought ten years ago.  We have systematically selected strong healthy offspring which grew well, and had good mothers, each year up to now when we have achieved optimum numbers of breeding ewes and we are now experimenting to find the best terminal sire to produce quality, succulent lamb.

The same goes for our Limousin herd.  We have a small core of breeding cows that produce strong muscular calves, some which can be seen on our logo walking across the field.  We feel that the Limousin produces good quality lean beef.  One of our neighbours has bought a young bull from us and we regularly buy calves from him to rear, knowing their sire.

We are presently in the process of developing a flock of poultry which will be farm reared.
