Our catering trailer has been newly built to our own specifications so that we can offer freshly prepared hot food. We have a full sized industrial steam oven, a jacket potato oven, a hot plate griddle and hot serving gantry so we can offer hot carvery roast joints of beef or lamb or 100% beef or lamb burgers served on a bread roll from our local bakery, Henllan Bread in Denbigh.  We have a local grower of potatoes supplying us for jacket potatoes with some limited toppings available, and we will offer chips.  We will also have hot and cold drinks.

And if you really enjoy our meat, freezer packs can be available and you will need to speak to Geoff about orders.
